First star of the week: Max Domi

Max Domi was the target of a lot of off-season anger from the fans because he was the return for Alex Galchenyuk. Domi has had a monster start to the season making something happen every time he steps onto the ice.

Domi started this span of 3 games scoring in back to back games against the Blues and the Senators, and then he followed that up with a two-assist night against the Flames giving him 4 points in the three-game span.

Domi enters the offensive zone very deceptively, often coming in on the left side and using his edge work to button hook and begin the cycle. If Max Domi can continue the pace he’s been on there’s no telling what the offense can achieve with him carrying the load.
